Earlier this month Maya's Uncle J.R. volunteered to go to her school and talk to the children about being a doctor. The kids had been learning about "community helpers" and each day a different person came in. They learned about firefighters, police officers, bakers, veterinarians, and dentists. J.R. did an awesome job and was one of the class favorites.
